Web Usability!
We're well aware that website's success does not depend on dazzling animation or stunning graphics. At least – not in the situation when no one can use such site, because its usability fails. We don't make such mistake.
Web usability is the quality of user's experience when interacting with a website.
Usability depends on following factors:
ease of learning
when user sees a website for the very first time – how fast is he able to learn its basic rules well enough to accomplish simple tasks (e.g. information finding, product purchase etc.)?
efficiency of use
if user already knows site's basics – how fast can he repeat tasks?
if user already knows site's basics – how fast can he repeat tasks?
how much user like using a website?
Knowing and using proper technologies might be not enough to build usable website. Even if the site is accessible and standards compliant, it doesn't mean it's already usable. Usability has to be taken into consideration literally at each and every stage of website building. That's what we do.
